nita Tolani received her law degree from American University School of Law. She holds a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of California at Berkeley. Since she joined Weinberg & Jacobs, her legal practice has focused on business law, licensing and regulatory compliance matters, and estate planning. Ms. Tolani is admitted to practice in Maryland, and is a member of the Maryland State Bar and the Montgomery County Bar Association.
