Ronald D. Jacobs is the
partner-in-charge of the Business and Corporate Practice Group and co-manages the Estate
Planning and Administration Group within the firm. He is also the
partner-in-charge of all litigation and divorce matters undertaken by the firm.
Mark B. Weinberg founded and co-manages
the Tax Exempt Organizations Practice Group and
the Estate Planning and Administration Practice Group.
Barnaby W. Zall is of Counsel with the firm. He practices tax-exempt organization law, constitutional and statutory litigation (including drafting and defending ballot initiatives), and commercial law. He is rated "AV" by the Martindale-Hubbell legal rating service - the highest possible rating.
